Advantages and Disadvantages
Electric cigarettes are an electronic device that heats up flavored e-juice to create vapor that you then inhale. It also increases the risk of heart disease by raising blood pressure and increasing the risk of stroke. These long-term unwanted effects have not been included in the vocabulary of the WHO. The first problem is simply that it generally does not work! This is because nicotine along with other chemicals in regular cigarettes contain ammonia, carbon monoxide and other chemicals which cause respiratory illnesses and which create toxins that enter the bloodstream when inhaled. Vapers simply don’t possess these chemicals, so it is pointless to use them. You won’t get any of these vapours into your lungs by using an electronic cigarette. However, another problem is that these e-cigarette companies add flavourings and other additives which may work for a while, but which do nothing in the long term. For example, plenty of flavoured gums claim to be able to help you quit, but they do not reduce the amount of nicotine in one’s body.
The second major problem associated with vapes and vapers is they create a lot of waste, both from nicotine and vapinger.com from gums. Smokers who try to quit via this method will often suffer from depression, anxiety and weight gain. The electric cigarettes market therefore includes a lot to worry about. You will find a large amount of evidence linking the electronic cigarettes and heart disease, and now the Who’s telling everyone to stay from them.
As well as all the known health risks, there are also many disadvantages to smoking. For example, individuals who have a lot of health issues will see that their conditions worsen when they start smoking. For example, people that have asthma will see that their condition becomes much worse when they start smoking because the chemicals in the cigarette will irritate the liner of the lung and increase inflammation. Also, smokers who have problems with their teeth or gums will see that when they quit smoking they can no longer properly look after their dental health. It seems that the worst part about smoking and using e-cigs is that they don’t completely fix one’s health problems.
By quitting, you’ll experience many health benefits and also have less cravings for nicotine. But, do you really want to know what the best way to quit smoking is? Rather than relying on a patch or a nicotine gum, why not make full use of e-juice?
